Early Learning Goals

Listen attentively in a range of situations. Listen to stories, accurately anticipating key events and respond to what is heard with relevant comments, questions or actions.

Enjoy listening to Rosie’s Walk and Little Red Riding Hood and retell using puppets and role-play.
Read and write some prepositions of movement.
Begin to understand some simple characteristics of good fiction: good and naughty characters; a problem or difficulty to solve; a beginning and an ending.
